Alcove Road Medical Building

Alcove business park is approximately a 22,500 sq ft, 3-story office building designed in 2004/5. The building is comprised of partial masonry bearing walls, wide-flange steel framing members, open web steel joists, and concrete slab. Darden Engineering was responsible for the structural design and plans of this building.
Alino Pizzeria
Mooresville, NC
Darden Engineering was responsible for a 5460 sq ft upfit to the existing historic mill in Mooresville to transform the north end of the main building into what is now Alino Pizzeria. We also provided site design and complete building permit drawings.
Galleria Apartments

Hoke Lumber
Mooresville, NC
We provided the foundation plan for a 14,000 sq ft pre-engineered metal building and provided structural framing design for a 5,000 sq ft second floor within the building. Hoke Lumber is a major lumber and building materials supplier for the local area.
Sequoia Forest by D.R. Horton
Mooresville, NC
Sequoia Forest is a new community of approximately 70 homes, just minutes from historic downtown Mooresville. Our client was Prestige Development who graded the site and built out the infrastructure, and we took care of the full civil plans.
Davesté Vinyards

Davesté Vineyards is a vineyard, winery and private event venue located in the Lake Norman region of North Carolina. In need of an additional building for their grape crush pad and winery space, they contacted us. Darden Engineering provided grading and foundation design for a 3400 sq ft pole barn which houses a new winery and crush pad.

The Gather Wilmore Building is an 18,600 sq ft, 3-story office building in Charlotte constructed with steel frame and concrete decks with CMU stair and elevator shaft walls. We provided complete structural design documents for the project. Architect of Record is Capital Architecture.

Murdock Rd. Warehouse/Walmart Fulfillment Center
Troutman, NC
The Murdock Rd Warehouse is a 1 million square foot warehouse for which we provided complete civil design. As structural engineer of record, we provided foundation design for the pre-engineered metal building. We also provided building permits and plans, coordinating with MEP engineers to put a complete construction set together.
